Dear Baby,

The day is January 1st, 2012. This is the first day of the year that you will be born. We love to watch the sunset on the first day of every year as if we were sharing our hopes and dreams with the universe and saying thank you for all that we have been given in the year past and all that we will receive in the year to come. We are going to meet for the first time face to face this year.....quite literally less than two months time. Eventhough we haven't gazed upon each other I can't help but feel like we already know one another. I can't help but feel like you already know that I will be here to protect you and to care for you and your Mother. Know that you will be safe and loved :)
